Shipping Policy

Every Kerry Kouture piece leaves the house boxed, dust-bagged and insured. Below is exactly how and when your order travels.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Order processing time before shipping is one business day.
Orders placed by 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday will ship the next business day. If multiple items are ordered, they may arrive through multiple deliveries.
Once your order ships, a confirmation email or text will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. Including an email address ensures the most effective communication. While we do not foresee delays after a parcel has shipped, such events may occur — contact us if the carrier is delayed and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.
All orders are subject to product availability and credit card verification.
Kerry Kouture is not responsible for unexpected carrier delays, and cannot guarantee delivery dates during peak periods or severe weather.

Orders may be expedited Monday through Friday by 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.
Order processing time before shipping is one business day.
Express Shipping ($100.00) is one to two business days and is nonrefundable.
Example: an order placed Friday before 9:00 AM EST will arrive Tuesday or Wednesday.
Example: an order placed Friday after 9:00 AM EST will arrive Wednesday or Thursday.
Example: an order placed Tuesday after 9:00 AM EST will arrive Friday or Monday.
Overnight Saturday delivery should only be used when placing your order Thursday after 8:00 AM EST through Friday before 8:00 AM EST. This allows you to receive your item on Saturday. Orders placed after 8:00 AM EST will not arrive until Tuesday.

International orders ship with tracking. Duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.
Kerry Kouture is not liable for parcels delayed or held by customs authorities.
